This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations made at Minerva Suites Malta. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Allmänna avbokningsregler
Gratis Avbokningsperiod:
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount will apply.
Policy för utebliven visning:
- If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged.
- Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the booking if no communication is received from the guest.
Policy för stoppad försäljning:
- Stop Sale requests may be issued by Minerva Suites Malta at any time and without conditions. Guests affected by Stop Sale will be notified via email or phone.
2. Icke återbetalningsbara bokningar
- For certain rate plans or promotional offers labeled as non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
3. Ändringar av reservationer
Begäran om ändring:
- Modifications to your booking, such as date changes or suite type adjustments, are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Tidiga avgångar:
- Ingen återbetalning kommer att ske för outnyttjade nätter vid tidig avresa, om inte annat anges i bokningsvillkoren.
4. Betalningsvillkor
- Full betalning kan krävas vid bokningstillfället eller vid incheckning, beroende på vald prisplan.
- Gästerna måste reglera eventuella utestående belopp vid incheckningen, antingen med kreditkort eller kontant, såvida inte förskottsbetalning har avtalats.
5. Återbetalningspolicy
Berättigande till återbetalning:
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the free cancellation period or in cases where Minerva Suites Malta is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Återbetalningsprocess:
- Återbetalningen kommer att krediteras tillbaka till den ursprungliga betalningsmetod som användes vid bokningen.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Icke återbetalningsbara depositioner:
- Depositioner som tas ut för gruppbokningar, evenemang eller specialkampanjer återbetalas inte om det inte uttryckligen anges i bokningsavtalet.
6. Force Majeure
Minerva Suites Malta is not liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
