This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations made at Minerva Suites Malta. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Algemeen annuleringsbeleid
Gratis annuleringsperiode:
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount will apply.
No-Show beleid:
- If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged.
- Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the booking if no communication is received from the guest.
Stop verkoopbeleid:
- Stop Sale requests may be issued by Minerva Suites Malta at any time and without conditions. Guests affected by Stop Sale will be notified via email or phone.
2. Niet-terugbetaalbare reserveringen
- For certain rate plans or promotional offers labeled as non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
3. Wijzigingen aan reserveringen
Wijzigingsverzoeken:
- Modifications to your booking, such as date changes or suite type adjustments, are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Vroeg vertrek:
- Er wordt geen restitutie verleend voor ongebruikte nachten in geval van vroegtijdig vertrek, tenzij anders vermeld in de boekingsvoorwaarden.
4. Betalingsvoorwaarden
- Volledige betaling kan vereist zijn op het moment van boeken of bij het inchecken, afhankelijk van het gekozen tariefplan.
- Gasten moeten het openstaande saldo bij het inchecken betalen met creditcard of contant, tenzij er een vooruitbetaling is geregeld.
5. Restitutiebeleid
In aanmerking komen voor restitutie:
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the free cancellation period or in cases where Minerva Suites Malta is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Restitutieprocedure:
- Restituties worden teruggestort op de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode die tijdens de boeking is gebruikt.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Niet-terugbetaalbare aanbetalingen:
- Aanbetalingen voor groepsboekingen, evenementen of speciale promoties worden niet gerestitueerd, tenzij expliciet vermeld in de boekingsovereenkomst.
6. Overmacht
Minerva Suites Malta is not liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
