3. Booking Terms

Availability

All bookings are subject to suite availability. Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to refuse bookings at our sole discretion.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when a confirmation email is sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our reservation team.

Rates & Pricing

Room rates are inclusive of VAT but exclude City Tax, which is payable directly by the guest upon check-in (as per local MTA regulation since 2016).
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Any changes in taxes or fees will be applied to your booking.

Payment Terms

Payment for bookings can be made online through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards.
Guests will be required to settle the existing balance upon check-in by cash or credit card unless prepayment has been arranged.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date for free. Cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate unless notified.
In case of a “no-show,” a one-night cancellation fee will be due. Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to cancel any remaining nights of the same guest’s stay.

Stop Sale Policy

Stop Sale requests are accepted under no conditions and may be sent by the accommodation via email or phone.
